These are not the marshmallows you grew up floating in Swiss Miss. Amos and Annie's Vanilla Marshmallows are soft, velvety, and packed with real flavor from Madagascar bourbon pure vanilla extract. Made from scratch in small batches by Lisa Blank in her Chester County kitchen, with no artificial colors or flavors and a simple, honest ingredient list.

Float them in hot chocolate, toast them over a flame until golden and gooey, stack them on a s'more, or eat them straight from the bag standing at the kitchen counter. All are equally valid choices.

We use them in s'mores with chocolate-dipped Stroopies in the summer, on top of my grandmother's sweet potato casserole at Thanksgiving, and floating in Shane Confectionery's Drinking Chocolate on cold winter nights.

Lisa makes everything from scratch in small batches in their licensed Chester County kitchen, with no artificial colors or flavors, no high fructose corn syrup, and no palm oil. We found Lisa and David years ago at a makers market and fell in love immediately. Their gluten-free caramel popcorn is a staple in many of our gift boxes, and their marshmallows are the kind of treat that makes people stop mid-bite to ask where they came from. Amos and Annie's products are hard to find. Only a handful of shops carry them, and we are proud to be one of them.
