Shipping directly to a hotel for out of town guests, to your venue for a reception favor, or to multiple locations? We handle the logistics so you do not have to think about it.

Step 4: We Take Care of the Rest

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend reaching out 4 to 6 weeks before your event, especially if you are choosing custom branded elements like personalized gift tags or branded chocolate bars.

Can I ship directly to my hotel or venue?

Absolutely! If your venue or hotel is in the Lancaster and Harrisburg area, our team offers hand delivery for $25 per location.

If your event is outside of Lancaster County, we ship anywhere in the US and additional shipping fees are calculated once your order is finalized. Either way, we make sure your guests' gifts arrive exactly where they need to be.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom or bulk orders?

There is no minimum for purchasing our ready to ship welcome bags or gift boxes. For customizations like branded gift tags or stickers, we have a 50 piece minimum. Custom chocolate bars require a 100 piece minimum since a mold needs to be made, and we ask for at least 6 weeks of lead time for those.

For orders of 75 or more bags or boxes, we are happy to custom curate the snack contents and gift bag color to match your event perfectly.

Can I mix and match products in my welcome bags or favor boxes?

Our curated welcome bags come in two versions: a Snack or Sweet option, so there is something for every crowd. Our suggested gift boxes are also semi-customizable to suit your preferences.

If you would like completely custom bag or box contents, our concierge team can make that happen for orders of 75 or more. Reach out to us to start the conversation.

Do you offer branded or personalized packaging for corporate events and weddings?

That is our specialty! Here is a full breakdown of our personalization options:

  • Custom Gift Tags: $2 per bag, 50 bag minimum.
  • Branded Fudge Squares: $5 each, 50 piece minimum
  • Custom Stroopie Singles: $5 each, 50 piece minimum
  • Letterpress Logo Printed Gift Boxes: $5 per box, 25 box minimum.
  • Custom Branded Chocolate Bars: 100 piece minimum, 6 week lead time.
  • Fully Custom Curated Gifts with branded packaging: 75 piece minimum.

Can I add water bottles or a wedding survival kit to my welcome bags or gift boxes?

You absolutely can, and we handle all the logistics for you! Here is what we offer:

Humankind Water Bottles: $5 per gift, includes 2 bottles, 23.5oz each.
Wedding Survival Kit: $7 each.

Our survival kits are everything your guests might need after a long night of celebrating you, packed into a natural drawstring bag:
