How it Works:

  1. Choose your preferred gift box budget & quantities–you can send different levels of gifts. Explore our current gift box offerings here.

  2. Customize your gift boxes to align with your brand. We offer three levels of customization: Basic, Elevated, and Bespoke. Learn more below.

  3. Select your preferred shipping options. We offer nationwide shipping, bulk office delivery, and individual hand delivery within Lancaster County. You can choose a combination of delivery options.

  4. Sign the agreement and pay the deposit invoice based on 25% of the project’s assumed scope. The balance is paid closer to the ship date.

  5. Submit the approved address form and final payment. Sit back and let the thank you notes roll in!

Our standard gift boxes with semi-customizable options like with cheese, with candy, or with cheese & candy.

BASIC

ELEVATED

Print your logo in the gift boxes and include your custom swag or cards, 50 minimum. FREE with the pre-sale, ususally $5 per box.

BESPOKE

Custom printed boxes and cards with your logo, add swag items, and choose the box contents. 100 boxes or $5,000 gift box purchase, minimum.

Does my project qualify as a large-scale project, and can I sign up for the corporate holiday pre-sale?

If we ship or deliver 10+ boxes, your project qualifies as large-scale, and you can utilize the holiday pre-sale. If you're not sending 10+ gifts, you can shop for gift boxes directly on our website. We offer a holiday pre-sale on individual gift boxes in the fall.

I want to add a personal touch, but I’m not sending 100 boxes. What can I do to add something extra special?

You can provide handwritten cards for your gifts, which is a popular option. Additionally, you can supply your own holiday cards to add a personal touch that aligns with your company's style. It's all about creating a memorable experience that reflects your unique identity! We can also design and professionally print cards for an additional fee.

What customizations do you offer?

We offer three levels of customization: basic, elevated, and bespoke. Minimum quantities apply for elevated and bespoke customizations, and prices and timelines may vary. Here are some ways we can make your boxes unique:

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We pack and ship gift boxes daily, but we need advance notice for large orders to coordinate with our local makers. Typically, we require one month's notice for large orders and additional time if your order includes customization.

How is the project deposit calculated?

Once our team reviews your inquiry, we'll finalize the project details with you and send a digital letter of agreement for you to sign. A 25% deposit is required to secure your project's ship date. The deposit amount is based on the type and quantity of gift boxes planned for your project. Additional gift boxes can be added closer to the ship date if needed.

What are your shipping/delivery options for large-scale projects?

Thanks for asking! We offer several shipping and delivery options:

  • Nationwide shipping to all 50 states

  • Bulk delivery to offices or hotels

  • Hand-delivery within a 15-mile radius of our Queen Street shop

Different shipping prices apply to each method, and you can choose a combination of options to best suit your needs.

How do I track all of the gift boxes that I send?

When we finalize your project, we'll send you a standardized address form to fill out. We'll purchase all shipping labels based on that data and add the tracking information to the sheet. On the day we ship your project, you'll receive a copy of the address form with the tracking numbers.

Corporate Holiday Pre-sale Requirements

  • Sending 10+ gifts

  • Provide a ballpark gift box count.

  • Choose customization options.

  • Deposit Invoice will be 25% of the assumed project cost.

  • Final Address List due 30 days before the ship date.

  • Balance invoice sent 30 days before the ship date; all checks must clear 2 weeks before the ship date.

Can’t decide before the deadline for the pre-sale? No problem! We’re taking orders until Oct 28th for 2024 shipping.
