All orders ship from Lancaster, PA.

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If the address entered at checkout is not recognized, we are unable to ship there.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship exactly to the address provided and are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages may require additional postage to resend.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

You will receive:

  • an order confirmation email, 

  • a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships, and

  • a delivery confirmation email.

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • Local (Lancaster area): 1–2 business days

  • Most U.S. locations: 2–4 business days

Delays & Missing Packages

We are not liable for carrier delays or lost packages. Please contact USPS first using your tracking number, as they have the most up-to-date information.

During November–December, if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, email help@lancastergiftbox.com.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.
(Minor pretzel breakage can occur in transit.)

Returns

We do not accept returns. We will replace items that arrive damaged.
