Shipping policy

Shipping Policy - Updated March 11, 2024

All orders ship from Lancaster, PA, USA. 

We ship to all 50 States, including Alaska and Hawaii. If the address you enter at checkout isn't recognized, then we don't ship there.

**Please double-check the shipping address before finalizing the checkout.** We ship orders to the address provided at checkout and are not liable for returned packages or packages sent to incorrect addresses.

We try to get all orders out the door as fast as we possibly can, and typically this means 1-2 business days to process. We do not fulfill orders on Sundays. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number of your order and a link so you can check up on the whereabouts of your order.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority.  If your delivery address is close to us in Lancaster, PA your order will take about an estimated 1-2 business days to arrive. The further away you get from us, the more time it will take, but hey, anticipation makes everything more delicious right? Most orders arrive 2-4 days from fulfillment.

Lancaster Gift Box is not liable for any damage or loss of quality incurred during shipping. As well as delays with the shipping service or lost packages. We take great care when preparing and packaging your orders for shipping, so this shouldn’t be an issue. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged/broken please get in touch with our team by emailing orders@lancastergiftbox.com so we can assist you and correct the issue ASAP.

If you are experiencing shipping delays or a missing package please contact the shipping service first before contacting us. We are not able to do anything more than see the tracking number you see once it leaves our store. However, during November and December, if your package has been stuck in a distribution facility for more than 3 days, please contact us at orders@lancastergiftbox.com.

We do not accept returns on any items. However, if you receive a damaged or broken item, we're happy to replace it. (Pretzels may arrive with some breakage, but that's the nature of that kind of product. If they are completely shattered, please let us know.)
