How The Corporate Presale Works

Step 1: Presale Order Details & Project Scope

Our corporate holiday presale runs through September 30, 2025.

To reserve your shipping date and secure free custom one-color printed gift boxes featuring your logo (a $5/box value), we require a 30% deposit based on your estimated box count and budget.

  • The remaining balance is due by October 15, 2025.
  • Final recipient address lists must be submitted at least two weeks before your scheduled shipping date.
  • Any last-minute additions will be invoiced separately.
  • Full payment is required before any gift boxes ship.

  • 25+ Boxes
    Qualifies as a Basic Project — eligible for custom-printed gift boxes featuring your logo.
  • 50+ Boxes or $5,000+ Spend
    Qualifies as an Elevated Project — eligible to incorporate your branded items.

100+ Boxes or $7,500+ Spend Qualifies as a Bespoke Project — completely tailored gift selection and branding elements.

Custom Printed Gift Boxes (Free with Presale!)

Take advantage of our complimentary one-color custom-printed gift boxes featuring your logo — a $5/box value.

  • Please provide a high-resolution AI or EPS file of your logo.
    Choose your print color: Black, Navy, or Red.
  • We’ll match the bow color to your selected ink color for a cohesive look.

Branded Add-Ons & Personal Touches

  • Include your company’s branded items – functional, thoughtful pieces make lasting impressions.
  • Handwritten Notes – Add a personal message! Each note must be placed in an envelope labeled with the recipient’s name as it appears on your address list.

Important Timing

All personalized cards and branded items must be delivered to Lancaster Gift Box at least two weeks before your scheduled ship date.

Step 3: Project Portal, Logistics & Delivery

Once your project is confirmed, you’ll gain access to your Gift Project Portal, where you can:

  • Upload recipient addresses
  • Pay invoices
  • Access shipping and tracking details
    —all in one convenient place.

Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on each recipient’s address.
  • Our Shipping Zone Rates range from $10–$25, depending on distance from our headquarters in Lancaster, PA.

Hand Delivery & Pickup Options

Office Delivery – $25 flat rate
Have all (or some) of your gifts delivered to your office for your team to hand out. Available for offices located in Lancaster, PA only.

Individual Hand Delivery – $15 per address
Let our team personally deliver each gift to recipients within the Lancaster/Harrisburg area.

  • Bespoke

    Built from the ground up. Work with our team to hand-select every item, design every detail, and craft an entirely one-of-a-kind gift box that reflects your brand story and values.
