How The Corporate Presale Works
Step 1: Presale Order Details & Project Scope
Our corporate holiday presale runs through OCTOBER 1, 2026. Presale orders ship November and December 2026.
To reserve your shipping date and secure free custom one-color printed gift boxes featuring your logo (a $7/box value), we require a 30% deposit based on your estimated box count and budget.
- The remaining balance is due by October 15, 2026.
- Final recipient address lists must be submitted at least two weeks before your scheduled shipping date.
- Any last-minute additions will be invoiced separately.
- Full payment is required before any gift boxes ship.

Once your project is confirmed, you’ll gain access to our Gifting Dashboard, where you can:
- Upload recipient addresses
- Pay invoices
- Access shipping and tracking details. All in one convenient place.
Shipping
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on each recipient’s address.
- Our Shipping Zone Rates range from $12–$30, depending on distance from our headquarters in Lancaster, PA.
Hand Delivery & Pickup Options
Office Delivery – $25 flat rate
Have all (or some) of your gifts delivered to your office for your team to hand out. Available for offices located in Lancaster, PA only.
Individual Hand Delivery – $20 per address
Let our team personally deliver each gift to recipients within the Lancaster/Harrisburg area.

You do not need a final gift count or address list to join the presale. We work with your team to set a reasonable estimate for your deposit and planning, then finalize the exact recipient list later, as long as it's submitted at least two weeks before your ship date.
When is the deadline to lock in corporate holiday gifts this year?
The Lancaster Gift Box corporate holiday presale closes October 1, 2026. Reserving your spot with a 30% deposit before that date locks in your preferred shipping window and avoids the scramble that hits most companies in December when local Pennsylvania makers are already at capacity.
What happens if we wait until closer to the holidays to order?

Basic starts at $2,500 for 25 or more curated Pennsylvania gift boxes with logo printing included. Elevated starts at $5,000 for 50 or more boxes and adds multiple gift options and branded materials for different audiences. Bespoke starts at $7,500 for 100 or more boxes and includes fully custom concepts like logo chocolate bars and themed collections. All three qualify for free branded boxes when reserved during the presale.

Yes. We put together a ready to share Corporate Holiday Gift Proposal that lays out gift tier options, customization examples, pricing, and a clear timeline, built specifically so you can hand it to whoever needs to sign off without having to build the pitch yourself.

The presale process is the same either way.
