How The Corporate Presale Works

Step 1: Presale Order Details & Project Scope

Our corporate holiday presale runs through OCTOBER 1, 2026.

To reserve your shipping date and secure free custom one-color printed gift boxes featuring your logo (a $5/box value), we require a 30% deposit based on your estimated box count and budget.

  • The remaining balance is due by October 15, 2025.
  • Final recipient address lists must be submitted at least two weeks before your scheduled shipping date.
  • Any last-minute additions will be invoiced separately.
  • Full payment is required before any gift boxes ship.

Order Size Considerations

  • 25+ Boxes or $2500 Spend:
    Qualifies as an Elevated Project — eligible to incorporate your branded items.

  • 50+ Boxes or $5,000+ Spend:
     Qualifies as an Elevated Project — eligible to incorporate your branded items.

  • 100+ Boxes or $7,500+ Spend:
     Qualifies as a Bespoke Project — completely tailored product selection and branding elements.

Branded Add-Ons & Personal Touches

  • Provide Holiday Cards: Have your team design and print a thoughtful holiday card that we tuck in the gift box bow.
  • Include your company’s branded items: functional, thoughtful pieces make lasting impressions.
  • Insert a Core Values Card: Let your recipients know what your company stands for.
  • Handwritten Notes: Add a personal message! Each note must be placed in an envelope labeled with the recipient’s FULL NAME as it appears on your address list.

Important Timing

All personalized cards and branded items must be delivered to Lancaster Gift Box at least two weeks before your scheduled ship date.

Step 3: Gifting Dashboard, Logistics & Delivery

Once your project is confirmed, you’ll gain access to our Gifting Dashboard, where you can:

  • Upload recipient addresses
  • Pay invoices
  • Access shipping and tracking details. All in one convenient place.

Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on each recipient’s address.
  • Our Shipping Zone Rates range from $12–$30, depending on distance from our headquarters in Lancaster, PA.

Hand Delivery & Pickup Options

Office Delivery – $25 flat rate
 Have all (or some) of your gifts delivered to your office for your team to hand out. Available for offices located in Lancaster, PA only.

Individual Hand Delivery – $20 per address
 Let our team personally deliver each gift to recipients within the Lancaster/Harrisburg area.

Pickup – Free Prefer to handle distribution yourself? You’re welcome to pick up your order at LGB Headquarters: 336 N. Charlotte Street, Lancaster, PA 17603

Mixed Shipping & Delivery:Choose to hand deliver some of your gifts and have us ship the rest for you!

Please note: You do not need to have your final gift box count to address list to participate in the Holiday Presale. We'll work with your team to come up with a resonable assumption of gift for the deposit and planning.

    Start with one of our signature gift boxes—thoughtfully curated and semi-customizable. You’ll choose from our most-loved selections and add a personal touch with a custom message or your logo printed on the gift box.

    Minimum: 25 boxes | Starting at $2,500+

  • Elevated

    Take it further. Add your brand’s logo to the box, include your own printed materials, and tuck in custom cards or a product of your own. Even choose two different gifts to send. It’s a polished, on-brand experience delivered with ease.

     Minimum: 50 boxes | Starting at $5,000

  • Bespoke

    Built from the ground up. Work with our team to hand-select every item, design every detail, and craft an entirely one-of-a-kind gift box that reflects your brand story and values. Have up to 3 different tiers of gifts.

    Minimum: 100 boxes | Starting at $7,500
