How The Corporate Presale Works
Step 1: Order Details & Project Scope
Holiday orders ship throughout November and December 2026. Shipping dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis, and our calendar fills quickly, so we recommend booking early.
- Final recipient address lists must be submitted at least two weeks before your scheduled shipping date.
- Any last minute additions will be invoiced separately.
Full payment is required before any gift boxes ship.

All personalized cards and branded items must be delivered to Lancaster Gift Box at least two weeks before your scheduled ship date.
Step 3: Gifting Dashboard, Logistics & Delivery
Once your project is confirmed, you'll gain access to our Gifting Dashboard, where you can upload recipient addresses, pay invoices, and access shipping and tracking details, all in one convenient place.
SHIPPING
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on each recipient's address.
- Our Shipping Zone Rates range from $12 to $30, depending on distance from our headquarters in Lancaster, PA.
HAND DELIVERY & PICKUP OPTIONS
Office Delivery: $30 flat rate

How do corporate holiday gift boxes work if we don't have a final headcount yet?
You do not need a final gift count or address list to join the presale. We work with your team to set a reasonable estimate for your deposit and planning, then finalize the exact recipient list later, as long as it's submitted at least two weeks before your ship date.
When is the deadline to lock in corporate holiday gifts this year?
The Lancaster Gift Box corporate holiday presale closes October 1, 2026. Reserving your spot with a 30% deposit before that date locks in your preferred shipping window and avoids the scramble that hits most companies in December when local Pennsylvania makers are already at capacity.
What happens if we wait until closer to the holidays to order?
Waiting past October 1st means losing the presale perks (free logo printed boxes and priority shipping dates) and risking a shipping window that no longer fits your team's timeline. Because every gift box is built from small batch Pennsylvania products, our makers have real production limits, so early reservations protect both your date and your customization options.
What's the difference between the Basic, Elevated, and Bespoke corporate gift tiers?
Basic starts at $2,500 for 25 or more curated Pennsylvania gift boxes with logo printing included. Elevated starts at $5,000 for 50 or more boxes and adds multiple gift options and branded materials for different audiences. Bespoke starts at $7,500 for 100 or more boxes and includes fully custom concepts like logo chocolate bars and themed collections. All three qualify for free branded boxes when reserved during the presale.

Yes. We put together a ready to share Corporate Holiday Gift Proposal that lays out gift tier options, customization examples, pricing, and a clear timeline, built specifically so you can hand it to whoever needs to sign off without having to build the pitch yourself.
Do employee appreciation gifts and client appreciation gifts work the same way?
The presale process is the same either way. Many companies build one program for employee appreciation gifts (think holiday thank yous, milestones, onboarding) and a separate one for client appreciation gifts, and our Elevated and Bespoke tiers let you create different experiences for each group within a single project.
Can we add our own branding or personal touches to the gift boxes?
Yes. Every presale reservation includes a free one color logo printed on your gift boxes, and you can layer on branded items, holiday cards, a core values card, or handwritten notes. Anything you're sending us just needs to arrive at least two weeks before your scheduled ship date.
