All sales are final. Because Lancaster Gift Box sells perishable food products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

That said, we are committed to providing a great experience and guarantee that your items will arrive in excellent condition. If something arrives damaged (for example, a broken jar), please contact us at help@lancastergiftbox.com and we will gladly replace the affected item.
