Two cinnamon waffles hugging a layer of homemade caramel, then dipped in rich Wilbur dark chocolate. This is the stroopwafel dressed for a special occasion. Made by hand at Lancaster's Stroopies Inc. by refugee women whose skill and care go into every press, every dip, every batch. Rest it on top of your favorite hot mug for a minute and watch the caramel go silky and warm inside. Or just eat it as-is. We won't judge.
