Whole grain spelt biscotti studded with hazelnuts and delicately spiced with anise seed. Made by James Beard Award-nominated baker Alex Bois at Lost Bread Co. in Philadelphia using fresh-milled organic spelt, buckwheat honey, and a hand of anise that is fragrant without being overwhelming.
