Rocky Road Bakery is a small, family-owned Mennonite bakery tucked on a farm in Ephrata, Lancaster County, with no traditional storefront to speak of ...just a little pretzel shed on the property where neighbors and loyal fans come to pick up their order. They hand-twist small-batch sourdough hard pretzels using just six simple ingredients, including real butter, which gives these pretzels a richness and warmth that no mass-produced pretzel can touch. We drive up the road from our own house to pick up every order, and this is the pretzel our family reaches for first. One of our best-sellers, and for good reason.
