Made with Shane's house-blend milk and dark chocolates and organic cane sugar, it produces a drinking chocolate with real body and complexity, nothing like a packet of grocery store cocoa. Warm it slowly, stir thoughtfully, and drink it the way Philadelphia did 200 years ago.
