Lisa makes her own salted caramel from scratch and folds a generous amount of it into every batch of these marshmallows. That extra step is exactly why they are one of Amos and Annie's most popular flavors year after year. Luscious house-made caramel swirled into a Madagascar bourbon vanilla marshmallow base, with just enough sea salt to make the whole thing completely irresistible. Soft, pillowy, and deeply flavored.

Wonderful floated in hot cocoa, heavenly toasted, and honestly just as good eaten cold straight from the bag.

Made in small batches in Lisa and David's Chester County kitchen with no artificial colors or flavors.

Lisa and David Blank tried a new caramel popcorn recipe in the fall of 2019 and couldn't stop eating it. David said, "We could sell this!" and they did. Named after David's grandparents Amos and Annie, the business was built on the values their grandparents embodied: hard work, honesty, integrity, and delighting every customer. Lisa makes everything from scratch in small batches in their licensed Chester County kitchen, with no artificial colors or flavors, no high fructose corn syrup, and no palm oil. We found Lisa and David years ago at a makers market and fell in love immediately. Their gluten-free caramel popcorn is a staple in many of our gift boxes, and their marshmallows are the kind of treat that makes people stop mid-bite to ask where they came from. Amos and Annie's products are hard to find. Only a handful of shops carry them, and we are proud to be one of them.
