Use them anywhere you'd reach for fresh garlic: chopped into a marinade, smashed into a sauce, stirred into a dip, or roasted alongside vegetables for a tangy, spicy depth that fresh garlic alone can't deliver. Dynamite Dill is the passion project of Anne Williams, founder of The Original Pennsylvania Pickle Company. She has been handcrafting all-natural pickles from family recipes on King Street in Lancaster City since 2004. Using Kirby pickling cucumbers, whole fresh garlic cloves, and fresh spices (and absolutely nothing artificial), Anne makes pickles that taste the way pickles are supposed to taste. Made a few blocks from our front door–it doesn't get better than that.
