A love letter to the classic ice cream parlor, pressed into a bar. Shane's Malted Ice Cream Cone Bar starts with their house-made bean-to-bar milk chocolate. It is crafted from ethically sourced cacao beans roasted and ground in their Old City Philadelphia kitchen. The bar is studded throughout with crunchy waffle cone pieces and finished with rich, malty milk powder. Toasty, creamy, nostalgic, and genuinely hard to put down. This is the kind of bar that makes you close your eyes on the first bite.

 Made in the same historic confectionery that has been delighting Philadelphia since 1863, where even the ice cream cones are made in house.

Shane Confectionery is America's oldest continuously operating confectionery. They are been making and selling sweets at 110 Market Street in Old City Philadelphia since 1863. What sets Shane apart from virtually every other chocolate shop in the country is their bean-to-bar process. Every week, their chocolate maker selects a crop of responsibly sourced cacao beans from Uncommon Cacao, sorts them by hand, roasts, grinds, and tempers them into the chocolate that coats every confection in the shop. No commodity chocolate, no shortcuts. Each bar is embossed with the facade of their historic Old City storefront, a building that has been making confections for over 160 years.
