September Farm's Jumpin' Jack is a smooth, creamy Monterey Jack studded with jalapeño that delivers a warm, building heat without overwhelming the clean, mild richness of the Jack base. Made in small batches at the Rotelle family's Honey Brook creamery from fresh locally sourced whole milk, hand-packed and cared for using the same traditional methods that earned September Farm a spot on Food Network's Will Work for Food. Melt it over nachos, layer it on a burger, or slice it thin for a charcuterie board that has a little personality. Pairs beautifully with a honey drizzle or a fruit-forward jam to temper the heat.

Every block is hand-packed, aged, and dipped in wax using time-honored method, and the results speak for themselves.
