This is the bar that does everything right. Shane's House Milk Chocolate Bar is a 42% milk chocolate made from ethically sourced cacao beans from Tumaco, Colombia. The beans are roasted and ground entirely in their Old City Philadelphia kitchen. Toasty, rich, and creamy with a clean sweetness from organic cane sugar and the depth that only a true bean-to-bar process can deliver. No commodity chocolate, no filler, just the same milk couverture that Shane uses to coat every milk chocolate confection in their 160-year-old shop. A bar worth savoring slowly. Shane Confectionery is America's oldest continuously operating confectionery, making and selling sweets at 110 Market Street in Old City Philadelphia since 1863.
