This zingy, sweet gingered pear jam is made with only the freshest, ripest fruit. They work with each fruit as it comes into season. All the fruit are purchased from local, Lancaster County, PA farmers! Light and warming, this jam can go with anything from brie and crackers to brushed on a meat of choice for a delightful glaze.
Ingredients: Organic sugar, sustainably grown pears, pectin, fresh ginger, fresh lemon juice & zest
