Lisa and David Blank tried a new caramel popcorn recipe in the fall of 2019 and couldn't stop eating it. David said, "We could sell this!" and they did. Lisa makes everything from scratch in small batches in their licensed Chester County kitchen, with no artificial colors or flavors, no high fructose corn syrup, and no palm oil. We found Lisa and David years ago at a makers market and fell in love immediately. Their gluten-free caramel popcorn is a staple in many of our gift boxes, and their marshmallows are the kind of treat that makes people stop mid-bite to ask where they came from.
