The one that started it all. Dynamite Dill's Garlic Deli Dill is Anne Williams' original family recipe. It's the first pickle to carry the Dynamite Dill name when she launched The Original Pennsylvania Pickle Company in 2004. No sweetness here, just a clean, garlicky, briny dill pickle made the old-fashioned way: Kirby pickling cucumbers, whole fresh garlic cloves, fresh spices, and nothing artificial.
Handcrafted just blocks from our Lancaster City retail shop on King Street, these are the pickles that belong on the side of your favorite Reuben or stacked high on a charcuterie board next to a sharp cheddar and a swipe of spicy mustard. Once you taste the difference a real pickle makes, the run-of-the-mill grocery store brand just won't cut it.

Dynamite Dill is the passion project of Anne Williams, founder of The Original Pennsylvania Pickle Company. She has been handcrafting all-natural pickles from family recipes on King Street in Lancaster City since 2004. Using Kirby pickling cucumbers, whole fresh garlic cloves, and fresh spices (and absolutely nothing artificial), Anne makes pickles that taste the way pickles are supposed to taste. Made a few blocks from our front door–it doesn't get better than that.
