Emma's Signature is a classic cheddar and caramel combo made the way it should be: non-GMO popcorn popped in coconut oil, caramelized with real brown sugar and butter, then tossed with sweet cheddar popcorn seasoned with real cheddar cheese powder. Two irresistible flavors that somehow taste even better together. Emma Fisher launched this blend out of a small shed in Gordonville, Lancaster County back in 2006, and her family has been perfecting it ever since. The medium size is the one to grab when you're sharing — or when you know yourself well enough to know the small won't last.

Emma's started in 2006 when founder Emma Fisher began popping small batches of gourmet popcorn in a shed on her family's property in Gordonville, Lancaster County. Friends and family fell in love, the word spread, and a business was born. Today her family carries on the tradition, popping every batch in coconut oil, sweetening with real sugar, and using non-GMO corn. Their charming storefront that has grown far beyond that original shed but never lost the homemade feel.
