The beauty of this mix is that it's a starting point, not a final answer. EPIC's Bloody Mary Mix is mildly spiced with great body: a rich tomato base built from tomato paste, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire, hot sauce, black pepper, dill weed, cayenne, and celery seed. Keep it mild, add a splash of pickle brine, drop in a Garlic Dill spear, or shake in some hot sauce to build the heat to your preference.
